Where the parties are committed to minimising disruption to their commercial endeavours we have developed specific funding models that allow funding applicants to best manage cash flow by keeping their money invested in their on-going projects. We have assessed applications for ADR in the UK, France, Switzerland, Germany, Stockholm and Singapore and are happy to consider ADR applications from all jurisdictions with strong legal support for ADR.
