Based on our interdisciplinary expertise, our evaluation includes:

The Independent Evaluation and Valuation of Disputes service that we offer relies on our team’s extensive and long-established experience assessing litigations and arbitrations and their value, which is at the core of our third-party funding business (TPF). 

As a third-party funder, on a daily basis we assess the merits, quantum and enforceability of claims and base our investment strategy on the conclusions reached.

In providing our consulting services and to ensure optimisation of deliverables, our team engages is frequent and detailed communication with clients (and their lawyers and auditors) seeking assessment and valuation of their litigation portfolio.

Through these interactions, we help tailor fit the services required by a particular client from our offering of assessment of disputes at a given stage, independent present valuation of disputes using our proprietary model (often in the context of annual audit procedures) and litigation monitoring tools. The client’s requirements and our proposed solutions are defined in a bespoke consulting agreement.
