Alain Grec will be joining the highly recognized “Journées Maghrebines de l’arbitrage” event organized in Tunisia on 16 December.
This panel is dedicated to the funding of arbitration procedures and is an optimal support to describe the mechanisms of this tool now commonly used to externalize risks or simply to access justice in the arbitration universe.
